2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.2 of 2022 and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Thoothukudi and the first respondent is facing trial. 3.In view of the aforestated facts, this Court finds no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent.
