O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner from doing his jewel business under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is doing jewel business after obtaining necessary

licence. He further submitted that as per the instructions of the respondents 4 and 5, the petitioner redeemed the jewels of the respondents 4 and 5 by paying a sum of Rs.3,05,818/-. With a view to defraud the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5 gave a false complaint before the third respondent and based on that, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has submitted that the third respondent has not received any complaint against the petitioner. It is only the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 and 5 and after enquiry complaint has been closed on 17.04.2017 and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
