ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass him.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the wife of the petitioner lodged a complaint with the Sub-Inspector of Police, Sattur Police Station on 10.01.2021 against the third respondent. His further contention is that no complaint is received against the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
