ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a charge sheet in Crime No.60 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Kandhasamy, a case in Crime No.60 of 2014 has been registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 (i) of the Indian Penal Code, but the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that investigation has already been completed and the same has been closed as a 'Mistake of Fact' in Referred Charge Sheet No.0170103, dated 17.03.2015, after serving notice to the defacto complainant.
