ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 498A IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are close relatives and due to wordy quarrel arose between them, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is no way conncected with the offence and pleads for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner enquiry, in respect of the alleged offence, was conducted and closed on 15.12.2017.

5.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered. As per the representation made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 15.12.2017, as of now, no case is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
