O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.13339 of 2019 dated 19.06.2019, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The grievance of the petitioner in this Contempt Petition is that the plantations in his patta land in S.No.374/2 have also been removed by the respondents.

3.The Tahsildar, Dindigul West Taluk has filed a counter affidavit dated 31.10.2022, in which he has categorically stated that the encroachment in S.No.374/1 alone have been removed and that the land in S.No.374/2 is a patta land, where there were no plantations at all. Recording the same, there is no alleged disobedience.
