ORDER

The petitioners seek a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Trichy, to consider the bail application filed by them on the same day of surrender in Cr.No.249 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioners are accused for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side. The materials available on record were also perused.

4. Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioners, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Trichy, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on merits and pass appropriate orders on the same day of their surrender.
