SR.No.14560 of 2016 in CRP(MD).No.713 of 2005 on the file of this Honourable Court.

PRAYER IN CRP NPD(MD) No.713 of 2005:- To allow the CRP and set aside the order dated 26.04.2002 in L.A.C.M.A.No.3/98 on the file of Sub Court, Ramanathapuram. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.KUMAR, Government Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 297 days in representing the CMP(MD)No.SR.No.14560 of 2016 in C.R.P(MD)No.713 of 2005.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Even through the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
