The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to call for the proceedings dated 21.01.2021 of the second respondent and quash the same.

2.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner appeared before the Inspector of Police, E3 Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai on 04.02.2021 and his evidence was also recorded under Section 161 (3) of Code of Criminal Procedure. The present Writ Petition is filed to quash the summons issued by the Inspector of Police under Sections 160 and 91 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
