This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to receive the monthly rent amount and issue a receipt to the Petitioner's bar attached with TASMAC Shop No.10806 situated at Poolangulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
