(MD) No. 19313 of 2021 order dated. 22.12.2021 for surrender before the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level).

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to illness, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.19313 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

3. In view of the same and considering the pandemic situation, time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2021 in Crl.O.P https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
