ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.936 of 2017, dated 08.08.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the discharge summary, the petitioner was in patient in JCB Hospital, Dindigul from 07.09.2017 to 15.09.2017. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 09.08.2017 to 06.09.2017.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), with the certificate submitted by the petitioner shows that the petitioner is complying with the condition, Regularly except the period in which he was admitted in the Hospital. Hence, the condition imposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, vide order dated 08.08.2017 made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P(MD)No.936 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
