ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused 1 to 4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 342, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.

89 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the wife of the de-facto complainant is a union councillor of Kannakkankadu Union and when she has taken steps to construct a bus stop which is objected by the accused and she was abused and threatened with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and already there is a dispute between two groups in the village and due to that a false case has been foisted against the petitioners.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 1 and 3 to 5, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners 1 and 3 to 5 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 1 and 3 to 5 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 1 and 3 to 5 shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. anticipatory bail petition against him is dismissed. 7.The petitioners 1 and 3 to 5 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
