ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed for transferring investigation in Crime No.503 of 2019 from the file of the third respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report has been made ready and it is to be filed against one Sugan and Manoj Kumar. 3.I went through the contents of the FIR. Even though quite a few persons have been named, primary allegations have been made only against Sugan and Manoj Kumar. Both of them are now shown as accused. I am satisfied that investigation has been conducted on the correct lines. The third respondent, without waiting further, shall file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate and the Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take cognizance of the offence. Final report will be taken on file without any further delay.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4325 of 2020 4.With this directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner waives his right to file any protest petition. Therefore, the Magistrate need not spend further time in issuing any notice to the complainant as regards dropping of the other names in the FIR. If the final report is otherwise in full and complete shape, the same will be taken on file straight away. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
