ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.07.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the false promise given by the proposed accused that he will make arrangements for job, the petitioner gave a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on 15.01.2015, but subsequently, the proposed accused did not make any arrangement for job and also refused to return the amount. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 18.07.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
