O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.07.2025 within a stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 2/5

2.With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation to the respondents 1 & 2 on 17.07.2025 with regard to the alleged grievance of misappropriation of funds by the respondents 5 to 8. Since the said representation remain unconsidered, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents 1 & 2 in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2025, by following the procedure under Section 70 of the Wakf Act and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy 3/5

of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
