ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 06.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is an owner of certain properties and he came to know that the Village Administrative Officer has changed the patta by using forged documents. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
