ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 429, 447, 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.214 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 03.06.2015, due to previous enmity, the accused has stabbed 15 sheeps and one goat and also damaged the fencing to the tune of Rs.25,000/-.

3. Considering the gravity of the offences, this Court was not inclined to grant bail in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13653 of 2015 and the same was dismissed on 21.07.2015.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.25,000/- to the de-facto complainant without prejudice to his right in the criminal case and also filed an affidavit of the petitioner dated 12.08.2015.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no serious objection for passing the conditional order.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and on his executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the de-facto complainant in the presence of the respondent within a period of two weeks and on production of receipt for payment of Rs.25,000/- and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
