This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.148 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindugul.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the trial in this case has already been commenced and seven witnesses have been examined.

3.Therefore, at this stage, the quash petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
