O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the respondent in M.C.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, to direct the concerned Judicial Magistrate to dispose of the aforesaid case at early.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that already the petitioners have filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.22812 of 2015 for the same relief and this Court has allowed the said petition on 05.01.2016, directing the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, to dispose of the case in M.C.No.2 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible by posting the case day-to-day basis, but so far, the case was not disposed of.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of the case in M.C.No.2 of 2014, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
