ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents police to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaints, dated 11.06.2015, 06.07.2015 & 16.07.2015.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given complains to the second respondent police on 11.06.2015, 06.07.2015 & 16.07.2015 and on the basis of the complaint given on 06.07.2015, C.S.R.No.201 of 2015 has been given and thereafter, he has sent a reminder to the first respondent on 16.07.2015 stating that he handed over money of Rs.1,80,000/- to one J.Pabanasaperumal, for the development of his business and family expenses and Rs.1,40,000/- to his wife for her teacher training course and totally Rs.3,20,000/- was given to them, but they did not repay the said amount and hence, he has given a complaint to the second respondent. After sending reminder also, there was no action on the complaint given by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as civil in nature.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
