ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.07.2017.

2.Heard Mr. S. Malaikani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the agent of one Pepsico India Holding Pvt. Ltd., company for Theni. He further submitted that one Dheeban Chakkaravarthy was the employee of the petitioner and the said Dheeban Chakkaravarthy, conspired with other employees and cheated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a tune of Rs.5,00,000/- and hence the petitioner was forced to lodge a complaint before the second respondent on 26.07.2017. But so far no action has been taken.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and during enquiry both the parties appeared and submitted their written statements stating that they will settle the issue within a month. Further the petitioner made a request not to take any further action on his complaint. He further submitted that based on the said statements, the said complaint has been closed. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
