************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Review Application has been filed seeking to review the order made in W.P.(MD)No.28056 of 2022 and W.M.P. (MD)No.22135 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022.

2.Heard Mr.M.Ramu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3.We do not find any error or infirmity in the order passed by this Court. As observed in the said order, the order made therein will not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned. The petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law and it is for the respondents to consider the same. 4.Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
