ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.73 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that charge sheet has already been filed on 06.09.2015 before the concerned Court.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
