ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Mariyayee threatened the petitioner by using filthy language and also demanded money and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the fifth respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the fifth respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
