ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody since 13.01.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4 (1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.5 of 2019, seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been detained at the Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, in Cr.M.P.No.01/2019 dated 31.01.2019 under Section 2(b) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. He has also produced a copy of the detention order.
