PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to conduct an enquiry and to take necessary and appropriate action against 6th respondent in accordance with law based on the petitioner's representation submitted to the respondents 1 to 5 dated 08.12.2025 and 14.12.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 to 5 to conduct an enquiry and to take necessary and appropriate action against 6th respondent in accordance with law based on the petitioner's representation submitted to the respondents 1 to 5 dated 08.12.2025 and 14.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.12.2025 and 14.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
