O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Deputy Tahsildar, seeking a mandamus, to direct the second respondent to forward the proposals submitted by the third respondent on 07.11.2024.

2. A perusal of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 07.11.2024 reveals that the petitioner's name has been forwarded for being included in the panel for the post of Tahsildar. The said proposal is now pending with the second respondent for the past two months. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to forward the said proposal to the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to dispose the said proposal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of proposal from the second respondent.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
