ORDER

Considering the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner, by consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is only for expeditious disposal of his appeal pending on the file of the first respondent/Reveue Divisional Officer right from 02.08.2023. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed and the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023 within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
