ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to election motive, the proposed accused persons have criminally intimidated and abused the petitioner and also assaulted him. Hence, a complaint was lodged on 30.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 03.02.2018.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that the petitioner has not received any information with regard to closure of the complaint.

post, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
