[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The E-Auction Sale Notice dated 28.12.2022 issued by the respondent Bank, fixing the date of sale on 20.01.2023, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sale had not taken place on 20.01.2023. Therefore, he is not pressing the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
