PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner by involving or interfering in the civil dispute forthwith.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner by involving or interfering in the civil dispute forthwith.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.27 of 2018 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
