Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not taken any action on his complaint. The petitioner's remedy is available in Cr.P.C., and he can very well move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. Invoking Writ jurisdiction is not appropriate.

3. Therefore, leaving open the remedies of the petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
