This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents not to issue any house site patta in the petitioner's land comprised in S.F.No.369/2 to an extent of 1 Acre 80 cents situated at Vagarai Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
