ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a fair enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5 and others in accordance with law, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent has already taken another person's complaint and First Information Report has filed in Crime No.13 of 2026 on the file of the Karaikudi South Police Station.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to assist the investigation by granting subsequent documents which he is in possession. No Costs. 22.01.2026 KSA 2/4
