O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.07.2015 against the proposed accused and proceed with the same as per law, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.07.2015, a case in Crime No.165 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.165 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
