(Crime No.41 of 2015) : Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.41 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.41 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, within a stipulated time.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.41 of 2015 on 04.06.2015. However, the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and lay a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition for the relief as stated above.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that in the case in Crime No.41 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, investigation was completed and the matter was referred as ''mistake of fact'' and R.C.S notice was also served on the petitioner on 30.06.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
