Mr.S.Muthumalai Raja COMMON ORDER This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2019, 114 of 2019 and G.W.O.P.No.491 of 2019, on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer to the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing at Tiruchirappalli and unable to travel from Tiruchirappalli to Coimbatore for hearings. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has given consent for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2019, filed by the petitioner. In the next hearing the trial Court may decide the matter and there is no necessity to transfer the case.

3.Since the petitioner is being a lady and could not travel from Tiruchirappalli to Coimbatore for all hearings, all the issues and parties are same, all the Transfer C.M.Ps. are allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2019, 114 of 2019 and G.W.O.P.No.491 of 2019, on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. Tr.C.M.P.(MD)Nos.26, 27 & 28 of 2022 Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose all the cases, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
