Common Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for the disobedience of the order dated 15.09.2020 passed in W.P.(MD) Nos.11688 and 11689 of 2020 on the file of this Court. Prayer in WP(MD). 11688/ 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ to call for records relating to the impugned order dated 14.07.2020 in Na.Ka.No.1557/Aa2/2020 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequentially to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to give permission to the petitioner to fill up the post of Office Assistant in the Hindu Nadar High School, Pudur, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble Court Prayer in WP(MD). 11689/ 2020 :

COMMON ORDER This Court passed an order on 15.09.2020 in W.P.(MD)Nos.11688 and 11689 of 2020 setting aside the orders impugned and remitted the matter back to the respondent for re-consideration. In view of the disobedience of the orders, the petitioner has chosen to file the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent furnished the copy of the order passed by the District Educational Officer.

3. In view of the orders passed by the District Educational Officer, no further consideration is required and if at all the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of the said order, it is for him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

4. These Contempt Petitions stand closed.
