2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.30 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three weeks.

5. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
