ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.2410 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is pending for trial for the offence under Section 419 Cr.P.C.. The case has been posted for trial on 26.02.2020, after furnishing copies to the petitioner. He would further submit that there are 10 witnesses in this case and the respondents are ready to get along with the trial.

3. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the learned Magistrate, Paramakudi, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.2410 of 2019 within a period of four months from 26.02.2020.
