ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner.

2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner's brother is alleged to have swindled money, based on which the second Respondent is alleged to have received a complaint and registered a case. Based on the case registered by the second Respondent, he is summoning the Petitioner. It is his further submission that the Petitioner has no role in the said alleged offence. Still the Petitioner is harassed by the second Respondent. Therefore, he seeks direction from this Court not to harass the Petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the Petitioner's name had been included as Accused No.8.
