ORDER

The petitioner, who is the sole accused in C.C.No.134 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai for the offence under Sections 408, 420, 477(A) of I.P.C, has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.134 of 2008.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded for early disposal of the case in C.C.No.134 of 2008.

3. In view of the submission made, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.134 of 2008, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
