ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.51 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the petitioner and the defacto complainant was solemnized on 17.04.2016 and thereby, they blessed with one male child. Thereafter, the petitioner and his family members harassed the defacto complainant by demanding additional dowry. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing anticipatory bail petition, this matter was referred to mediation and the petitioner was appeared before the mediation on 18.02.2019 and he requested one month time for reunion. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in view of the undertaken given by the petitioner, this Court may pass appropriate orders, however, the respondent police shall not prosecute as against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there is no apprehension of arrest and that there is possibility of re-union, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
