ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 upon petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2025 within a stipulated time.
2. The petitioner has lodged complaint against Seema and Jothi on 27.12.2024 for which CSR No.1529 of 2024 assigned, thereafter no action has been taken, hence she had lodged another complaint on 06.01.2025, no action has been taken, hence the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that she had gone to her brother's place for christmas celebration during at that time the counter petitioners said to have abused her on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. The counter petitioners were called for enquiry. It 2/5
is found during the enquiry that the petitioner had participated in the indigenous chit in Mumbai and the chit amount of Rs.2 lakhs has not been paid. Further the entire transactions had taken place in Mumbai. Now the present complaint has been lodged on 06.01.2025 and the complaint has been sent by post for the same cause of action.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire transaction had taken place in R.S.Mangalam at Ramanathapuram District and the petitioner has got sufficient materials to prove that the entire transaction had taken place here and he has got sufficient material to prove that all the transaction had taken place.
5. In view of the same the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 30.01.2025 along with all supporting materials. The third respondent shall also ensure the presence of respondents 3 and 4 on 30.01.2025. The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and thereafter conclude the same within a period of two months from 30.01.2025. 3/5
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
