The present petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register First Information Report on the basis of the orders passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram in Cr.M.P.No.860 of 2020 on 09.11.2020. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that First Information Report is registered as per the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram in Crime No.39 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
