This revision petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 16.08.2022 passed in E.A.No.4 of 2022 in E.P.No.33 of 2018 in O.S.No.118 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Eraniel. 2.It is submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties out of the Court. Joint compromise memo was also filed before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has also received the entire decree amount. In view of the above said submissions, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication. 3.In view of the above said this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Let the terms of compromise be form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.03.2024 2/4
