ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioners.

2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner on 11.01.2021 is registered in CSR No.23 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice to respondents 3 to 5, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.
