Seeking a transfer the investigation in Crime No.495/12 from the second respondent to the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry is pending.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.495 of 2012 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
