The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(X), 3(1)(XI) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, in Crime No.319 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, move this petition seeking a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur(Special Court for SC/ST Act cases) , to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day on merits, in relating to Crime No.319 of 2015.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District at Srivilliputhur(Special Court for SC/ST Act cases), is directed to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the very same day purely on the basis of merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
